Token Purchases
- Users can purchase tokens on the Viz platform during account sign up or after the account is set up.
- Tokens will automatically be added to the User’s account upon successful purchase, and they will immediately be available for use to book tutoring sessions.

Token Usage
- Tokens are used to book Scheduled or On-demand tutoring sessions at varying tutor levels.

Token Policies
- Tokens are deducted 24 hours before the scheduled session or at the time of booking if the session is within 24 hours.
- For active accounts, tokens do not expire.
- Tokens are non-refundable, however tokens may be reimbursed at the discretion of Viz.
- In the event of any conflict between the Token Policy and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. See our full Fees and Token Section of the User Agreement here.
Account Information
- Token balance and billing history are always visible on your account through the Viz Platform.
Tokens rates, package rates and tokens required per Session are subject to change at any time without notice. The Token Fee is exclusive of all sales, excise or use taxes, or any levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. You are also responsible for paying processing fees and any other transaction fees imposed by the Payment Processor
